Having four full eggs as a meal routinely would probably be bad due to the cholesterol content, but even then on a once in a while basis it would probably be okay. I love the yolks of hard boiled eggs, so long as I have some salt (what don't I salt?). I need to buy some peppers. Your green pepper looks yummy. ;) 11 days to go!
