I was doing so well in August, updated every day.

I’ve been busy. I am glad that I can concentrate on other things besides Dragon*Con. Though, that will be an ongoing project of mine.

Costume idea’s for next year are
*Girls group of Disney Princesses (I called dibs on Cinderella)
*Koyi Komad – which means I need to get to work on how to make the lukka
*Jumpsuit Allura
*Visas Marr

Matt will be doing the Jumpsuit Keith, Aquabats, Rodian Jedi and Endor Commando. I am sure he will change his mind between now and then, but that’s okay. We have a mere 346 days left.

This weekend was Janet’s baby shower. I am horrible at picking out useful gifts, so I copt out and will be making her a baby blanket. I am thinking one that will go in the car for the car seat would be useful. After that was Merle’s 40th birthday party (Happy Birthday Merle!). I had fun. Connie burnt some hot dogs. Fun was had all around.

Sunday we had a 1000 point 40K tournament. I forgot my camera. Well, I didn’t FORGET per say. The battery is dead and I forgot to charge it. So I took pictures with my phone. They actually turned out quite well. I am surprised at the level of detail that my (new phone, btw) can pick up. Once I get my Blackberry Desktop Manager upgraded, I’ll upload my pictures here (and Facebook).

We switched to Verizon at the start of the month, and I have to say – so far, I’m liking it. I got a crackberry, but we got a great deal on the whole kit-and-kaboodle.

Enough babbling. I’ve been up for a bit already this morning, so I’m already tired. I think after work, I will be coming home and going right to bed. Hopefully I can sleep through the night.
